CrossFit is designed to work on your strength and cardio fitness (conditioning). A typical class can be made up of a huge variety of movements, no two classes are ever the same! These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
When you start our CrossFit classes we will enroll you in three 1:1 introduction sessions with one of our coaches (the time will be arranged as appropriate for you and your new trainer).
Our Hyrox classes are designed to appeal to everyone. They typically include using our row, bike, and ski machines with kettle bells, wallballs, and running as well.
They are a perfect introduction to CrossFit.
