Cancellation Policy

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAYS / CAMPS Services CrossFit Mallorca offers a range of services that contribute to personal fitness and wellness.These include classes, consultations, retreats, workshops with sports and wellness activities such as CrossFit, Hyrox, Bootcamp, hiking, meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, nutrition, hiking, biking and more....Services can also be provided by partners - individuals and companies (e.g. coaches & trainers, consultants, entertainers, caterers, hotels...). Scope of services The scope of services is generally determined according to the information communicated by CrossFit Mallorca in writing (e.g. by e-mail, travel confirmation, invoice) as well as according to the service descriptions in CrossFit Mallorca's general publications (e.g. on the Internet or in travel brochures). In case of unforeseen and unavoidable events or force major, such as war, strike, natural disasters, withdrawal of landing rights, epidemics, pandemics and related official measures, the scope of services provided by CrossFit Mallorca is limited or reduced. In the aforementioned cases, the service descriptions in CrossFit Mallorca's general publications are not binding. The client has no right to a refund of the travel price in case of limited or reduced services in case of an unforeseen and unavoidable event (force major). Further compensation will be rejected. In case of contradictions, the information communicated in writing shall prevail. Special requests of the client as well as subsequent additional agreements require an explicit written confirmation by CrossFit Mallorca to be valid. Special case hotel facilities The availability of the hotel facilities listed in the service descriptions (e.g. sports and wellness facilities, conference rooms) cannot be guaranteed. Certain facilities may not be located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation and/or are provided by third-party providers. Booking The booking is confirmed when you (customer) buy the product through the CrossFit Mallorca booking platform and fill in the registration form online for your personal booking. Refund, Cancellation & Validity Each workshop and trip is planned by a binding contract between you (client) and CrossFit Mallorca. After buying the product through the booking platform and submitting the online booking form, the booking is binding and a cancellation after the booking is not possible.
